Rose A. Dodd is an education and social enterprise leader focused on expanding opportunity for underserved families through early childhood development, women’s economic participation, and systems change. She is the founder of Kaya ChildCare, a Ghana-based enterprise developing scalable childcare and early learning models for working families, particularly mothers in the informal economy. Since 2017, she has led the design, fundraising, implementation, and growth of KCC’s integrated early learning model. Beyond KCC, Rose advises universities, foundations, and development partners across Africa on institutional strengthening, partnership development, and large-scale education initiatives. She also serves as Country Advisor for Women Changemakers for Education (WC4E), supporting women-led education initiatives and leadership development across Ghana.
